Terms and Conditions:
   
The terms & conditions of this Promotion are to be read together with terms and conditions of Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A) (Celcom) Xpax prepaid mobile service.
   
The Credit Expiry ("Service") shall commence from 12th September 2008 and is open to Xpax prepaid mobile customers on the following plans only i.e MID & LITE.
   
Customer need to request the Service via Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) (118#) or SMS (send EXP1 or EXP2 to 28882). Upon successful subscription and notification via SMS, Celcom Prepaid System shall deduct automatically from the customer's airtime balance the following subscription fees:-
 
a. RM30 will be deducted from customer airtime balance for 1 year subscription fee.
b. RM50 will be deducted from customer airtime balance for 2 years subscription fee.
   
In addition to the above, the customer must reload a minimum of RM30 (e.g. Minimum of RM5 x 6 months) for a total cumulative period over 6 months from first subscription date of the Service.
   
SMS notification will be sent by Celcom to customer at the beginning of the third month and fifth month from the subscription date of the Service and three days prior to the expiry of the sixth month as a reminder and condition on the customer to reload a minimum of RM30.
   
The Service will automatically withdrawn and not valid if , the customers:-
 
i. fail to reload a minimum RM30 total cumulative within 6 months of 1st subscription
ii. fail to renew their subscription when the previous subscription expires;
   
Customers can renew their subscription to Service starting from 3 months before the expiry of their current subscription.
   
Celcom has the right to withdraw, cancel or terminate this Service without prior notice if the account is being used for any unlawful activities.
   
Celcom shall not be responsible for any loss, damage due to customer's negligence or unlawful acts.
   
Celcom reserves the right to remove, change or amend any part of the Promotion mechanics without prior notice.
   
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Celcom Xpax mobile services, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order:
 
i. these terms and conditions
ii. Celcom Xpax general terms and conditions
