• The School of X/S.O.X. Plan can only be activated/used via S.O.X. Starter Pack (“Starter Pack”) if the customer is aged between 12 and 18 years old (“Customers”) |

Customers must produce and submit a photocopy of their National Registration Identification Cards (NRIC) or passport to Celcom or its appointed dealer for the purpose of registration and activation of this S.O.X. Plan. |
| |
|
|
Customers shall be entitled to register for one (1) S.O.X. Plan only with their NRIC/Passport. |
|
|
Customers shall not be allowed to migrate to the S.O.X. Plan from Xpax, Blue, Sukses, Suksesin, MATRADE (“Celcom Prepaid Plans”). In addition, Customers shall also not be allowed to migrate from the S.O.X. Plan to the other Celcom Prepaid Plans |

Celcom reserves the right to charge a subscription fee of RM3/mth for the S.O.X. 8pax under this S.O.X. Plan. After the implementation of such subscription fee, Celcom reserves the right to terminate the features and rates in whole or in part if the customer does not agree to pay the subscription. |

|
In the event of insufficient credit in the Customer’s account and/or if subscription is stopped after the implementation of the RM3/mth subscription, Celcom shall, in its sole discretion, migrate and charge the normal 8pax rates and/or any other prevailing rates. An additional RM3 on top of the normal subscription fee for the Rates and/or the S.O.X. 8pax subscription fee will be charged if the Customers wish to subscribe again. |

The No Credit Expiry feature will only be activated after the S.O.X. Plan registration has been successfully verified by Celcom. With the No Credit Expiry feature, the mobile number and the credits for the mobile number do not have any expiry dates until the Customers reach their 18th birthday, provided always that the Customer utilizes a minimum of RM1 monthly usage. |

In the event that the No Credit Expiry feature is not activated within 20 days from the date of activation of the Starter Pack, the Customers must visit any Celcom’s branch for further verification. If the Customers do not visit the branch within 44 days of activation, the Customers hereby agree and authorize Celcom to migrate their S.O.X. Plans to Xpax plan whereby all Xpax plan prevailing rates and terms and conditions will apply. |

Celcom reserves the right to implement a minimum reload or recharge requirement in order to keep the No Credit Expiry feature active. |
| |
|
The Customers shall not assign or transfer any of its rights, obligations or benefits under the S.O.X. Plan to any third party.
|
| |
|
|
Celcom reserves the right to suspend, forfeit, withdraw or terminate with immediate effect the whole or any part of the S.O.X. Plan or Starter Packs additional features without being liable for any loss in civil or criminal including but not limited to the following events:

Unsuccessful verification of registration documents and age at any time during registration |

Upon discovery of activities which Celcom deems as fraud and/or |
| |
|
|
False or incomplete information and inaccurate information given by the customer during registration |

| |
|
|
Celcom reserves the right to change, alter, withdraw or amend any part or the whole of S.O.X. Plan at any time without prior notice to the customer. The Customers agrees to be bound by such changes, alteration or amendments thereof. |

|
|
Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by the customer or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages. |
